Maria Saley, MBA, CEC, PCC
Maria is an accomplished coach and facilitator with over 10 years of coaching and facilitation experience preceded by over 25 years in corporate leadership and small business roles. In addition to her MBA, she has her Certified Executive Coach designation, her Retirement Options Coach Certification, is a credentialed member of the ICF (International Coach Federation), and is certified for several personality and leadership assessments.
Maria works with her clients to discover possibilities that inspire them and then helps them to develop strategies to put new ideas into action. Her significant experience with multi-national organizations and her personal life path bring valuable perspective to her clients.
Maria enjoys working with leaders and professionals who are looking at a change or thinking about their retirement options. In addition to coaching others, she has personal experience making career transitions within and between organizations and also moving from a corporate position into starting her own business.
She also develops and delivers workshops and seminars for organizations on a variety of leadership and personal development topics and teaches business and professional development courses at the University of Calgary.
Her contributions to the community have included volunteer work with organizations such as Junior Achievement, Momentum, and Friends of Kananaskis. She is also an active member and co-ordinator with the Elbow Valley Cycle Club.
