Maria is an accomplished coach, speaker and consultant with over 26 years of senior leadership, sales, and marketing experience. Her diverse career has ranged from multi-million dollar corporate responsibilities to small business entrepreneurship. In addition to her MBA, she has her Certified Executive Coach designation from Royal Roads University, is a credentialed member of the ICF (International Coach Federation), and is certified to assess Emotional Intelligence.

Maria works with her clients to discover possibilities that inspire them and then helps them to build strategies to put new ideas into action and get results. Her significant experience with multi-national organizations brings valuable perspective to her clients. She is comfortable with all levels of an organization and excels at both group and individual work.

She also  develops and delivers workshops and seminars for organizations on a variety of leadership and business development topics.  She teaches a number of business and professional development courses at the University of Calgary.
